Behavior & Safety Clients must disclose any behavioral issues (such as aggression, pulling, or anxiety) prior to the walk. We reserve the right to refuse or cut short a walk if a dog displays dangerous behavior that puts our walkers, the public, or other animals at risk. For the safety of the dog and our team, all dogs will remain securely on a lead at all times.Â
Pricing & Adjustments We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the details provided at booking (such as the number of dogs, size category, or requested walk time) are inaccurate upon collection.
Cancellations & Walkers Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel a scheduled walk. If one or more of our scheduled walkers are unavailable on our end, the owner will receive compensation when we come to collect the dog(s).
Weather & Local Rules Walks may be modified, shortened, or rescheduled during extreme weather (such as high heat or heavy storms) for the dog's safety. We also strictly follow local byelaws, meaning we will avoid restricted areas like the beach during the seasonal dog bans.
Emergencies: In the unlikely event of a medical emergency, we will attempt to contact the owner immediately. If the owner cannot be reached, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care for the dog at the owner's expense.
Photos: We will possibly take photos of the dog(s), and post them to our Facebook page, possibly showing their name too. If the owner does not consent, we will not.
